Appointment Confirmation Appointments are not fully confirmed until you receive a confirmation from RoyalWashX. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit before future bookings. Vehicle Condition Prices are based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of service. Extremely dirty vehicles, excessive pet hair, heavy stains, trash removal, or other additional work may require an additional charge. Arrival Time Please arrive on time for your appointment. Delays may affect the completion time of your service. Personal Items Please remove valuable items and personal belongings before your appointment. RoyalWashX is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle. Weather Policy For mobile services, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions that affect the quality or safety of the service.
